Essey Woldemariam has more than 20 years experience in the civil engineering industry with focus on master planning and modeling, design and condition assessment. Essey comes with an extensive background in the water and wastewater industry having worked as a program manager at a local public utility as well as several years of private sector consulting experience. During his time in the public sector, he was involved in the capital planning process and managed and delivered large water and wastewater capital improvement projects successfully.

Civil Engineer

Sabrina is a civil design engineer at Wave Civil. Sabrina provides civil engineering design and project development support on various private sector and public sector projects. She is efficient in utilizing Civil 3D/AutoCAD and GIS. She supports the Project manager on site civil design and cad support along with performing site evaluations & site due diligence investigations. She is also currently involved in providing GIS support, performing sewer infrastructure field inspections, concept development reports, water, and sewer mains design for multiple local public utility agencies.

Sarah is a senior structural engineer at Wave Civil. She has more than 10 years of civil structural design experience, hands on experience in project management and delivering structural new and rehabilitation structural projects for various public utility and transit agencies in the DC metro area. Sarah is proficient in AutoCAD, RISA 3D, SAP2000 and Mathcad. She has 8 of civil engineering design and project management experience working in the DC metro area. She is a professional engineer (PE) with license in Virginia and District of Columbia.
